We produce American Oak Cubes from Quercus Alba stave wood from the Ozarks in Missouri.
When air-dried, these cubes reproduce the typical, somewhat discreet oak tone of American woods as an aroma carrier.
Suitable for subtle oak notes in distillates or beers.
