An ēvOAK chip made of French oak
Application:
Use: During any stage of development of the wine,
beer or distillate, the chips can be used. The chips are packed in the
desired dosage (e.g. in infusion nylon tubes, tubular dressing, ...) and
then added to the alcohol.
Treatment with wood chips results in
extraction of colorants, odors and flavors contained in the wood.
Therefore, samples should be taken regularly until the desired effect is
achieved with your alcohol and the chips should be removed.
Contact
time: We recommend using it during aging or finishing for a minimum of
14 days and a maximum of 6 months. As an option, dosage can be heard
during short maturation.
